Will you support X gauge in the future?

We are initially focusing mainly on 00 gauge models, however we aim to expand into other scales based on demand

I’ve placed an order but have had no email?

I’ve placed an order but it has not yet been shipped?

We hold limited stock and aim to ship within 3-5 working days. However some items are printed to order we aim to ship these within 2 weeks of ordering, however sometimes this can take longer. If we encounter issues, or have a period of high demand we will let you know.

My order has arrived but an item is broken/doesn’t meet my quality expectations?

Please accept our apologies. Unfortunately these things can happen, so please contact us by using the form here and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where are the instructions?

Unfortunately as a 3D printing marketplace for Model Railways we can only provide instructions if these are provided to us by the kit designer. Would you like to help fill in some of the blanks and write instructions for us? Get in touch on the contact page if you think you could do it.

My order has arrived but is warped

Please accept our apologies. Unfortunately this is a common problem with resin based 3D prints. Thankfully usually not a fatal one, heat the print by placing it in some warm water, and you should be able to bend it back to shape, and it hold. If while doing this the part breaks contact us by using the form here and we will get a replacement part made up and sent out to you.
