Description
Built by Head Wrightson & Co in the 1870s, this free-rolling model represents their best-known design – the vertical boiler geared industrial shunter affectionately nicknamed ‘coffee pots’. Used from the Victorian Era up to the 1950s, this specific prototype worked for the Dorking Lime Company and is now preserved at Beamish. Coupled to motorised stock (separately available), a fully working N Gauge train can be created.
